Under the condition that the volume of the reaction tank of the absorption tower does not need to be expanded, CaCO3 can dissolve quickly, increase the concentration of calcium ions, keep the PH value of slurry in a normal range, and have a certain buffering effect on the PH value. Prolonging the running time of slurry in working section and reducing the times of slurry preparation can obviously reduce the scaling of equipment and make the scale layer thinner. After shutdown, the scale layer is washed with water and easy to fall off.
