In the Chinese standard classification, flame retardants involve basic standards and general methods, toys, synthetic resins, plastics, inorganic salts, synthetic resins, basic standards and general methods for plastics, comprehensive analysis of textile products, analysis methods for toxic substances in the atmospheric environment, general organic chemical raw materials, highway engineering, ventilation, air conditioning engineering, inorganic acid, alkali, industrial waste residue pollutant analysis methods, industrial wastewater, pollutant analysis methods Basic standards and general methods for chemical additives, metal structure engineering, basic standards and general methods, fire prevention technology, wood structure engineering, comprehensive chemical reagents, wood and bamboo anti-corrosion, cables and their accessories, agricultural, animal husbandry, sidelines, fishing vehicles, clothing, shoes, hats, cotton fabric and products.

Measures for the Administration of Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China


Article 1: In order to strengthen the management of industry standards and ensure the coordination and unity of industry standards, this method is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and the Implementation Regulations of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China.


The second industry standard is a standard formulated for technical requirements that do not have national standards but need to be unified within a certain industry nationwide. Industry standards shall not conflict with relevant national standards. Relevant industry standards should be coordinated, unified, and not duplicated. Industry standards shall be abolished upon the implementation of corresponding national standards.


Article 3: The following technical requirements that need to be unified within the industry can be formulated as industry standards (including the production of standard samples):


（1） General technical languages such as technical terms, symbols, codes (including codes), file formats, and drawing methods;


（2） The variety, specifications, performance parameters, quality indicators, testing methods, and safety and hygiene requirements of industrial and agricultural products;


（3） The design, production, inspection, packaging, storage, transportation, use, and maintenance methods of industrial and agricultural products, as well as the safety and hygiene requirements during production, storage, and transportation;


（4） Technical requirements for general components;


（5） Product structural elements and interchangeability requirements;


（6） Technical requirements and methods for survey, planning, design, construction, and acceptance of engineering construction;


（7） Technical requirements and management techniques for information, energy, resources, and transportation.
